Fiji Tourism Board has launched Singapore’s first ever “happiness meter” wall at Ocean Financial Centre in collaboration with Singapore Press Holdings’ outdoor advertising arm SPHMBO, to recreate the mood of happiness one can experience on the island.
Set against a large, eye-catching poster showcasing coral diving in Fiji, the “happiness meter” is mounted against the wall, to show what the island can offer in a fun and creative way. A sad emoticon turns into a smiley face as it detects commuters walking towards a feature wall, hinting at the level of happiness one would feel as one gets closer to Fiji.
This is part of Fiji Tourism Board’s “Where Happiness Finds You” campaign, promoting Fiji as a tourism destination for Singaporeans.
The campaign runs from Oct 24 to Nov 20 2019 at Ocean Financial Centre underground linkway which connects more than 560,000 commuters monthly from Raffles Place MRT Station to Marina Bay Financial Centre via the air-conditioned Underground Pedestrian Network.
“The happiness meter is one of the many initiatives that SPHMBO is embarking on to transform the traditional outdoor-media advertising to a more interactive and engaging medium.” said Julie Wee, Head of SPHMBO.
